Special Orders
	When placing an order for yarn, needles, etc. that are not a stock item, the following apply:
		- Payment of 1/2 the price is due at time of ordering.
		- Special orders may NOT be returned.
Classes
	Payment for classes is expected at the time of sign-up.
	Last minute cancellations will not be refunded.
	Please cancel at least 72 hours before class is scheduled.
Returns
	Needles, patterns, and books are NOT returnable.
	Yarn may be exchanged or returned for an in-store credit. It must be clean, unused, and with labels intact.
All sales are final on marked-down and discounted items.
In-store credit will be given for any balance less than $5 on Gift Certificates.
All returned checks will be charged a fee of $25.
